3. Coastal Road tunnel entry at Worli Naka. Phase 1 opened in 2024 and now carries substantial morning Worli-Marine Drive demand. The merge at Worli Dairy can produce a 2-3 minute slowdown 9-10 am. Improving as the second tube finishes.

4. Cadell Road × Veer Savarkar Marg (Prabhadevi). Northbound exits from Prabhadevi toward Mahim/Bandra hit this signal. Peak 8:30-10 am averages 2.5 minutes. The micro-jam stays even outside peak because of the temple/school congregation.

5. Hajiali junction (downstream of both). Whether you exit south via Worli or via Lower Parel, you converge on Hajiali for a Nariman Point/Fort run. Peak 9-10:30 am: 3.5-5 minutes. The new Coastal Road off-ramp helped but the original signal pattern remains.

Drive the route on a weekday morning at your actual departure time. Not 11 am, not Saturday. The choke pattern is week-day and time-of-day specific.
Drive the return at 6:30-7:30 pm. Evening peak skews different streets — the Tulsi Pipe Road westbound flow is brutal.
