Methodology
Figures are median asking prices per carpet square foot, computed from Property Butler's tracked live sale listings. PSF = quoted price ÷ carpet area. Outliers below ₹5,000 or above ₹4,00,000/sqft are excluded as data errors.
Each locality shows the median, the typical range (25th–75th percentile), and the sample size (n). Localities with fewer than 5 tracked listings are omitted until the sample is large enough to be meaningful.
These are asking prices — what sellers quote — not registered transaction values. The index refreshes automatically every few hours.
